Will not do repairs
March 8, 2022They will not make repairs. The air/heating is blowing toxic mold that started in December there has not been a inspection of the air conditioning unit to this day. I have to use a small heater to keep warm. The mold fumes made me very ill. I like the location have lived here several years and never had a problem if something needed repairs until now.Property Manager Responded

Beware......
November 5, 2019"Model" has zero bearing on what your actual apartment will look like condition wise. Pool is listed as amenity, barely open month & couple weeks a year. Car is not safe in parking lot. Move in conditions deplorable.Property Manager Responded
