January 25, 2025I have been a tenant at Park of Cliff Creek Apartments for nearly 10 years, and the quality of management and living conditions has steadily declined. Issues include inadequate pest control that does not address a roach infestation, theft during a maintenance visit with no resolution from management, and unprofessional office staff who are unresponsive to tenant concerns. Additionally, the noise complaint line is non-functional, safety policies like leash rules for pets are not enforced, and ...rent payment options are outdated, with no online portal or weekend availability. Office is always closed
June 3, 2022I have lived here for few years and I can say the office is always close and apartment rent goes up every year but no Accommodation to the apartment ,parking is trash ,towing Resident’s cars is just ridiculous,Old appliances place in apartment , Maintenance is just terribleReview from Apartments.com
