Management is kind ,friendly any repairs are made in a timely manner. Building is maintained on a daily basis location is excellent close to train,busses & freeways. Centrally located downtown Los Angeles secured parking close by. Quiet. I am a long term tenant and highly recommend this building.

Almost 5 years at this location, and I have always felt as though both I and my apartment unit are important. I am truly grateful for the home & support they have provided me.
