This place has changed drastically the past two years. They are money grubbing and do not care about the tenants even if you pay on time and are a good resident. My rent was raised 15 percent in two years and yet they wanted more. The noise sucks since you are behind a Best Buy so you hear the trucks all the time. I find it funny they try to charge you a luxury rate yet can’t give you a good air conditioner. These apartments get very hot and cold since there is no insulation in the buildings. As ...
for the safety, multiple cars got broken into inside our gate! They hired a security guard, but all he does is come for an hour at 2 am... Last but not least, they will do whatever it takes to take a portion of your security deposit. Doesn’t matter how clean you leave the place. Don’t rent here, trust me. They don’t care about you at all and will try to screw you.

The place will not take care of you, the property managers will try to take advantage of your security deposit. Please be careful, since they went under new management they have been aweful. I have lived there for multiple years and all they do is increase rent and not take care of you.

I would have too say Casa Madrid Apartments is a great place to live. The best part is that it is in a dead end nook area so its very quite which is great and the people living here are very nice. The management shines here the most she is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you and your family are taken care of. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place in La Habra, CA.
