I am currently paying $850. I live downtown, San Diego. I enjoy living here but the management is always having problems with the apartments. The garage door is always being worked on, there's roaches and rats crawling around. Always drug dealers hanging on the corner. Security guard's work at night which is good.. No one CANT have AC's. The county donated brand new shower heads, and none of us received them. This apartment could use some work.
