feel damp and gloomy
June 13, 2025Living here has been a nightmare. The area constantly smells like weed, and dog poop is all over the place—it's clear management doesn't enforce cleanliness. Inside the units, there's visible mold, and barely any sunlight gets in, making the space feel damp and gloomy. The AC unit is ridiculously loud—it sounds like an engine running in your living room. To make matters worse, even if you pay for locked parking, your car still isn't safe. Break-ins happen and nothing gets done about it. The ...freeway is literally right next to the property, so you’ll hear traffic 24/7, like it's in your ear. Overall, this place is poorly maintained and not worth the rent. February 21, 2019Service requests take forever to attend to. The appliances are really old (I'm talking 70s and 80s old). My oven broke 2 months in and the oven kept dissipating heat throughout the apartment. The kitchen was keeping getting hot and I called maintenance and they said if its an emergency call 911. They came to look at the problem 6 hours later. There is a big bug problem that management would not want to take care of.
