Dryer Our dryer stopped working and maintenance was very prompt with trying to fix it. We realized it still wasn’t drying, put in another request and they said we needed a new dryer. Once the order was put in our dryer arrived and was replaced within a couple of days! Works great now!

Easy Living at Cascade Shores We are nine months into our first year here at Cascade Shores. My husband and I both love our community and townhome. It’s convenient to Cascade Lake Park, Mayo Clinic, restaurants and shopping. Great place to live. Great place to live. Not exactly cheap but maintenance is very quick to resolve issues and staff is very friendly. Besides a couple of strange encounters with other residence, everyone has been very nice and easy to live with. Have made great friends with in the complex
