Our stay here at the Casitas Del Este has been wonderful, warming, and most importantly safe. It has made us feel safe and protected thank you to the gate community environment. Management always insures that our satisfaction is up to par. My kids love going out to play in the park here in the complex. 1 through 10 we give the playground area a 10! On my husbands day off we always head to the pool to cool off on a hot day where it's nice, clean every-time we go, and have enjoy our time with the ...
kids in the water. We are able to snack and bring our own floats and toys for the kids to play. Our favorite part about the pool grounds is the jacuzzi. The maintenance in the area is always up to par. It's neighborhood friendly, our neighbors are very kind and home welcoming. Never had a problem as long as we been staying here. It's nice. It's safe. Worst apartment management in my life, especially the current manager

Casitas Del Este was my worst apartment leasing experience in my life. First of all there were so many cockroaches in my apartment everyday. The maintenance services were horrible, they would schedule an appointment with you and no solutions to most of my maintenance issues at the apartment.
I wish I could rate with a 0(zero) star because this current management doesn't deserve even one star. They deserve negative stars. The manager is immature and unprofessional. She acts like a dictator. She is ...
free most of the times and she doesn't want to talk to one of the tenants or when she does not want to face an apartment related issue, she tries to avoid it.
When I did the walk through with on July 31, 2017. She did mention one thing but when I got the balance letter(final bill) it had multiple things listed on that letter saying that I have to pay those charges.
My wife called her and asked why we were billed for multiple things and her answer was it was dirty and that's the cost of cleaning. She also mentioned that she had evidence(pictures), but we have evidence too, we took pictures. We wanted to compare our pictures with hers, but she rejected and didn't want to do it. Because she said that we already moved out and walk through had been conducted. It was a stupid and childish response. I mean if you are professional manager then you should consider comparing the evidence.
This is the worst management there ever could be.
Horrible management and the manager is filled in with negative manners and she does not know how to treat her costumers(tenants).
