I was told I could move in rent free from 15th-30th of April just pay 300$ deposit. I called to get the key on the 27th and my apartment was rented to someone else. It’s now almost august and I’m getting the run around from the manager. I know people have been told there is a waiting list. I showed up and was asked when can I move in. They play favorites here. I have talked to 3 other people and one of them is still waiting on her deposit for almost a year. Do not waste your time or money ...

I fell in love with the apartment initially for the convenience of the property layout and my apartment layout because I am disabled. Then immediately after I moved in, I kept comming down with weird ailments! That's when I began to inspect the apartment a little closer. I found out that the apartment is flooded by the HVAC all of the time and the vents and attached duct work holds storm drain water due to collapsed lines under my unit! I am so disgusted with the apartment and I am so disgruntled ...

with management for their lack of concern! I have reported the flooding, the water in my vents, and most recently, the mold growing on my walls and floors at various areas of my home! It is obviously not a concern for them but according to my doctor it is for me! I pray that I am able to relocate very soon because my physical health and now my mental health are on the line!
