The air conditioners have never been serviced in the ten years I have lived here. It seems now they have a reel problem and they have them breaking all over the place. Mine went out because lack of service and it will be several days until they can look at it.

These duplexes stink. Smells like dog. When I moved in was only surface clean if you could call it that. I found mold under the "carpet squares." Smoke detectors malfunction. We had a guy come out 4 times already to try to fix. This summer my ac went out 4 times. They come fix it the next day but rather than permanently fixing it the prefer to put a bandaid. People in the office are rude! One pleasant person but the manager and one of the ladies are
awful. The maintance and gardeners are some of ...
the sweetest people. Regardless of the issues the place is alright for the money. They do fix your issues usually within a day. Sometimes the ladies forget to take your work order but I guess we all make mistakes.
