Great new management
February 3, 2021Maintenance fixes quickly. And new manager Tammy is fixing up the apartment complex. Very friendly and responsive. Apartments are roomy and nice to live in. Price is great too. Has pool, club house, parking spots in front of the apartment, dishwashers, storage rooms, and central heat and air.Review from Apartments.com
Poor management
January 8, 2020I wouldn’t dare recommend anyone to move into these apartments the management sucks, she’s very unorganized and never in the office! I moved into an apartment that I was told was ready, but wasn’t near ready and still haven’t took care of anything that needed to be fixed! Seems like they are just all about money and don’t care about anything else every time you say something needs to be taken care of that was promised from the jump it’s always a lie we will get to it tomorrow or so on and never ...get taken care of. November 16, 2019The management is very poor, most times the leasing office is closed although it would be working hours. They never repair nothing unless your apartment gets flooded anything else you out of luck or you just have to repair it yourself . Look else where , not worth it.Review from Apartments.com
Poor management
December 31, 2018I live across the street from this property and the residents throw garbage and furniture across the fence. I contacted the manager and she didn't show any concern for the situation. Also, the trees were knocked down by the storm months ago and they're still laying over the fence. This property does not care about the up keep of the property and they don't respect the people that were here before this building was even built.Review from Apartments.com
