Great location, great management, great apartment

I've been living in one of the apartments at this location for just over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. I moved into the unit right after a remodel, and I was blown away by what they did with the place (the agent that gave me a tour showed me the before pics and the difference is insane!). The landlords have always been responsive anytime I have any issues. My dishwasher didn't work when I moved in, and they sent someone out the very next day to fix it. I love the location, ...

it's a short walk to South Street, Old City, South Philly, and a short Uber drive to Center City.

Great Character in a Superb Location

The building is a Spanish-style apartment complex with doors all over the place leading to individual apartments. The community court yard is large, and well kept by all of the tenants. This apartment is a single-bedroom with all hardwood floors and brick walls on one side of the wall. The space is great, and the character that the place has is great. It is also located blocks from South Street and close to Penn's Landing and Sports Complexes. Appliances are not new and have the look of wear and ...

tear, however the deck makes up for any deficiencies in the interior. The deck is small but has enough room for a table and grill. It is unique because not all apartments in the complex have a deck. It also allows for roof access. The one downfall of the building is that washer and dryer are coin operated-community style. Overall, the character and location of the building allow for a great experience in a city where finding a diamond in the rough is difficult to do.
