Behind the kitchen is a closet for storage with a built-in mirror on the back of the door. The bathroom includes a vanity with storage, and a shower-tub combo. Just steps from Broad Street's Avenue of the Arts, offering some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the city as well as public transportation. Building amenities include: a fitness center, laundry room, 24-hour desk attendant, hair salon and free internet in the lobby, and a common room with couches and meeting space. Lease Terms: Generally, first month, last month, and one month security deposit due at, or prior to, lease signing. Other terms may be required by Landlord. $55 application fee per applicant. Water, gas, electricity, and internet are included in the monthly rental price. Tenants responsible for in-unit cable and $350 move-in fee. Landlord Requirements: Applicants to make 3x the monthly rent in verifiable net income, credit history to be considered (i.e. no active collections), no evictions within the past 4 years, and must have a verifiable rental history with on-time rental payments.
