It is nearly awful. The shuttle is unreliable, and they refuse to fix the second one. Additionally the “working” shuttle barely accommodates the amount of students that need to ride it, meanwhile there is a larger shuttle that has been sitting in the parking lot for nearly a year unmaintained.
Second, the pool is green and has been for the year I’ve lived here. There don’t seem to be plans of fixing it or opening it up at this point.
Third, the gym is awful. The equipment is extremely outdated ...
and sometimes not even working.
Fourth, maintenance has been nearly nonexistent for the past few months. Many orders put in during the summer were not fulfilled for months until school started again.
Fifth, I do not think we even have management right now. The only people working have been the bus drivers at this point. The office is almost never open so good luck getting any packages or (for some) your key reactivated to move back in.
Lots of false advertising.
Don’t waste time and money.
