My unit was in extremely poor condition, and even after heavy maintenance it’s far from a “nice” place to live. But, for the price its fine.

The neighborhood isn’t bad. Things actually get fixed and there aren’t that many issues. It might not look the prettiest and needs some fixing on the outside but it’s not bad. The shuttle can also be unreliable at times.

I really love the scenery of the complex, especially the gym!!! My roommates are really good people to be with. However, the noise upstairs, that needs to keep it down because people are sleeping and everything.

Just moved in on Saturday and so far I’m really liking it here. The place is clean, quiet, and everybody I’ve met has been super friendly. The move-in process was smooth and the staff has been really helpful with any questions I’ve had. Still getting settled, but it already feels like a good fit!

Pros: Quick convenient approval and move in process. Nice amenities. Affordable rent. Cons: roommate wasn't the cleanest and didn't keep the cleanliness factor up to par prior to me moving in. Tv remote control was missing
