Apartments are fully furnished and have their own washers and dryer, and the cost of Internet, cable, gas, water and electric is included in your rent. We're all inclusive! Imagine all the money you’ll save! Additionally, Cayce Cove is in scenic Cayce, SC, just 4 miles from Columbia, SC. This prime location makes commuting to the University of South Carolina a breeze, and gives us easy access to the amazing dining, shopping, and nightlife in Columbia. May 30, 2025There are always going to be issues with places, but it would feel disingenuous to give anything less than five stars. For the price, location, and quality, I could not be more impressed with Cayce Cove. The rooms are spacious, appliances slightly dated as to be expected but functional, maintenance tends to take a while but recently has gotten a lot more timely, the community events and office are always nice, parking has never been an issue, and after living on campus at USC, that’s been VERY ...appreciated. Utilities included, parking included, very nice location, shuttle included, genuinely very good bang for your buck. If money isn’t at all an issue for you then of course there are more luxurious options, but I’d recommend Cayce Cove to anyone.Property Manager Responded
