I moved in about four months ago, and I am very happy here. Brad is a great manager and the maintenance is fast, and reliable. I had a sink issue when I first moved in and they literally fixed it within 20 minutes of my call. The apartment does look a little older inside, but you can tell it is very clean and well-maintained. This is definitely the most affordable complex in Frederick. You won't find anythibg close for what we pay a month in rent. It doesn't have a lot of extras but that also ...
helps the low cost. As a single person, I don't need a lot, and truly this was the only place I could live without roommates that is affordable. Each apartment has attic space, and is surprisingly roomy with a lot of storage for the square feet.

Been here since the beginning of 2017 and I absolutely love how Brad and his team take care of things. The neighborhood is great, the people are friendly, and for a single person like me, a little studio in a good area is perfect. I also love only being one story, the friendly maintenance people, and just the overall location. The attic space above the bathroom is a lifesaver for me. Not everything is perfect. It would be ideal of course if there were wider office hours and more total staff, but ...

Very Comfortable!

I’ve been here for three years and I’m happy. The property manager, Brad, and George and Antonio in maintainence are friendly and helpful. The neighbors are nice. You can hook up a washer and dryer here if you want or use the laundry room. Pets are allowed too. The units are cozy and comfortable. Lots of sidewalks for walking and stores and restaurants are in walking distance too.

Brad ( the landlord) is very nice but the maintenance people make you feel VERY uncomfortable. Well at least in my case the walls are very very thin that I here both of my neighbors alarm clock in the morning that I don't even need one for myself. Also feel like I am watched all the time. people keep really junky stuff on there front porches, and now the studios have NO privacy because they knocked down the fences of the studio apartments. Any way I say run away!!!!

I was approved for this rental property back in Feb been waiting for property manager to tell me when apartment was available he told me first March end of April called back April end of May called left several messages at both of his property rentals never called me about apartment available and now I see he has one available on web site Why have I not still been called it has been very stressful to try to get a hold of him and get a response I guess he puts who ever he wants in the apartments ...
and does not get held accountable to return a phone call to let renters know when the apartments are available I'm displeased and dissatisfied was looking forward to being a long term resident Good Luck
