Apartment is totally renovated and extremely beautiful. The location is so close to shopping as well as all of the cultural opportunities of our capital city. It is in a residential neighbor hood of well maintained homes.

Poorly maintained! Infestations from roaches to rats ignored! A/C units sometimes don't work and the management will follow the law and have someone "come out and look at it" within 14 days followed by another scheduled visit 14 days later. The units have flood damage and black mold, pay attention! Many of the units even leak, and although they will put on a great show of how much work they are doing to the facility, the workmanship is poor and the problems reoccur. I watched them evict ...

tenants who complained but did not take the necessary measures through the magistrate's office to protect themselves. Fortunately, I found a much better place at a much better rate in a much better location when my lease expired. Renter's BEWARE! I would rather live on the street in a shoe box than to live at this property ever again! Save yourself!
