March 1, 2017There are a multitude of problems with the buildings. I will list them for convinence 1) Property Management is radio silent, all of the following issues have been reported to the property management and it takes multiple contact attempts and legal threats to get anything done here. 2) Pests, the buildings are riddled with a variety of bed bugs, mice, and black widows. Property management tried sending an exterminator once who was ineffective. The problem persisted afterwards nothing further was ...done by the property management. 3) Electrical problems, when I moved in there were outlets that were hanging from the walls, plugging something in sometimes causes power surges and sparks to fly, the whole place is a fire hazard 4) The grounds keepers do not keep up with the property, they trimmed the tree once a year ago and the branches and old fence pieces are still in the back, they open the pool in the middle of the summer and close it in august, and it takes a collective of tenants to contact the management to get anything done 5) Plumbing issues, twice now we have had our plumbing in the downstairs half bathroom back up and spill feces and urine all over our kitchen and living room, property management was quiet. If these things alone are not enough to convince you not to move here then you're fine but if you have an issue with any of these I advise stay as far away from here as possible.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
