April 4, 2022The apartment is cleanand bug free. The neighbors ars quiet and mind their own business. Carpet in living and bedroom was cleaned for move in. Easy clean tile throughout the rest of the apartment. Laundry on each floor, nice pool.Property Manager Responded

Good news is that a few of the tenants all understand how the place goes on and is always ready to help another tenant find better parking or even letting some of them use their own parking.Property Manager Responded

November 12, 2021I have lived here for two years now, I do it because it is close to my job and nothing else. The complex is quiet and I have only had one problem with it here, I had a storage closet in the hall and the homeless people sleep in our hallway at night so they decided to break into my closet and steal from me but manager responded quickly when I asked to install a deadbolt that couldnt be altered and accessed. They are old so there isnt enough parking for family/friends to visit. I guess back they ...were built they didnt count on each apartment having multiple cars which take up all the parking leaving nothing for visitors. More modern facilities around have better fitness facilities, clubhouses with free Internet, hot tubs, tanning; we dont have any of that here so dont look for that either. The bedrooms are very large but the kitchen area is only big enough for one person to be in there at a time!! My next move will be to a complex that offers me access to more amenities should I want to use them because here there are none! I just didnt have the time to move that much this time around.Property Manager Responded
