The last couple managers have been great to work with even during times when the economy made things challenging. Great amenities! Small town feel while close to anything you need.

The new management that came in a few months ago have really helped to make this place feel like home and they’re so easy to talk to and make requests with. The underground heated parking is probably our favorite item and it’s even included with the unit! Would absolutely recommend Cedar Pointe!

October 3, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comWe lived there for 8 years and the last 2 or so were AWFUL, management kept changing the rules and you can be gone for a month( only home on weekends) and get a bill for extra water consumption. The building use to be very clean and now it has gone to crap ie: hallways dirty, trash chute room never cleaned, cobwebs everywhere

Quiet apartment, large hallways, almost never run into neighbors when in the hallway or elevator. In a nice area as well. The manager Christine is great and super kind and helpful. Recommend this place if it fits your price point.

August 6, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comMy wife and I have lived at Cedar Pointe Apartment Homes for about a year now. We rent a two bedroom corner which came complete with all major utilities. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, trash and underground parking came included. These apartments got the 5-star rating I gave them because they are quiet, close to I-94 and serene in terms of their condition. They're not too far from Saint Cloud as to cause an inconvenience, but not so close as to feel like you're living in the city. The buildings ...themselves don't show any signs of being "lived-in" since they are relatively new, and management is also very helpful and friendly and the residents are usually very quiet. On the negative side, the rent may be expensive for some in contrast to other apartments in the Saint Cloud metro ($825 for our little corner apartment) but when contrasted with the amenities offered, it's balanced out. Internet and TV come included in your rent package, but the internet is slow during peak hours and thus a lot of residents get internet service through Midcontinent, but as an internet provider they are relatively inexpensive. Underground parking, heat, free trash and free washer and dryer are also included, so with everything taken into account, the $825 often put up is offset by the other benefits included in the rent package. The location is also pristine, so I tend to think the price is worth it. Overall, great place to live especially for those who need to hop on I-94 for a commute down to the Cities everyday.Read More
