Most Unprofessional Shady Business
August 25, 2025I've never had this experience with an apartment before. Amy called us and said they lost our applications and wanted us to reapply. She said they would refund us for the second set of applications. They never did and they continue to ghost us no matter how much we call or email. It's been They've stolen $270 from us in application fees alone. They will steal your money and ghost you. We've called them back for months about our move in, and their only response is "we are a small company, we ...don't have enough people to keep up with applications." Well that doesn't mean you can steal money. Don't expect to ever hear back from them after you place your applications or deposit, you will never hear from them again.
