June 22, 2016Not only will you not get back deposit, but you will never get anything fixed, the whole complex is infested with mold..landlord has a million dollar lawsuit for wrongful death which a tenant died in fire due to bad electrical and no smoke detector s. I called state electrician after he failed to come check my plug-ins after one in my kids room caught on fire then got no cause eviction after because im not a dumb tenant..im sure he wont be owning these too much longer but will move you into an ...apartment that is not finished once you move in.
