New management is very subliminal to clients when expressing even the slightest frustration because THEY couldn’t do their job and tell you news last minute when you called multiple times a week to be updated. They will make it seem as if it’s your fault THEY didn’t get something.

I have lived at cedarview with my children for about 7 years and love the place. The management is wonderful and are always planning things for the residences. The pool is always clean and refreshing in summer and it really is a great place to live. Very close to shopping centers and grocery stores which is even better. Highly recommend

Cedarview has a nice little pool for my kids to spend the hot summer days around and a nice playground. It's has option to garden. Maintence emergencies are handled fast and reliable. There are flyers put out to residence for kid activities & I recommend people to live here whole heartedly.

I've lived here for 5 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is super friendly, they care about their residents and the area is beautiful. The apartments are nice and cozy with everything from schools to stores and restaurants all in walking distance. What an incredible place.

I lived there over 6 months. I was going to move in to the building in Jan 2014, but i had to wait an extra months because there was bug and I had to keep telling them I was not going to move in that apartment with bugs. My 60 inch tv was stolen out of my apartment. Someone had a key because none of my windows or doors was broken. So I am thinks it had to be one of the mangament. Second, a lot of children running in up and down the hall ways all hour of the night. The partents do not control ...
there kids. There are people smoking weed in the hallways that I can smell right when I was out of my apartment. People partying where the police are beening called. Now it has been 6 month since I moved out and now I lost a lot of things and sleep I am glad i am way from that place and managment and me and my son can live in peace

All I have to say is this place is very Homey. The staff always call me Mr. I live in a quiet building. They will paint a wall for you in the living room. Grocery Stores, malls and schools near by. Also on a major bus line if you need to catch the bus.
