The leasing office is offsite. They don’t seem to see a lease as a contract and will just start changing the details on a whim without any notice. They began charging me monthly for “liability insurance” when I already have insurance and they’ve had it on record for well over a year.
When trying to contact the office, they seem to have been blinked out of existence. I’ve been calling and leaving messages and sending emails for three weeks with no response. I even called their corporate office ...
for help and all they could tell me is I need to speak to the property manager. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
And don’t plan on sleeping if you live here and face Main Street. People basically drag race at 3am and you’ll be forced to listen to it most nights.
