February 27, 2024Complaints are not taken serious. Still waiting on things to be fixed from 2 years ago. Rent keeps going up but nothing is updated except for empties.Review from Apartments.com
Doesn't clean apartments between tenants
October 14, 2016When I signed the lease I was told that it was cleaned, Only to find out none of the blinds were wiped down and they were disgusting. The insides and the outsides of the cupboards were not wiped down nor were the handles on anything including the stove, these handles were especially nasty. Under the stove there was dirt, dust, old noodles, and a collection of other items. The side of the stove was disgusting as was the fridges. I received no compensation for being forced to clean the apartment ...due to the fact the manager wasnt available and didn't return my call for 3 days.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 5, 2015When I came across Central Park Apartments I absolutely fell in love with the layout and the way the apartment is newly modeled. Great price and everything for what it comes with.! I would say this is the best apartment I've came across in the Racine, WI area.Review from Apartments.com
