June 25, 2024The price is great for what you are getting. Its in walking distance of 3 grocery stores and a dollar store and a decent size. The only downside is the kitchen has little counter space. I did not get the dish washer I saw in the video of the apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Secondhand Smoke Exposure within Living Spaces
May 11, 2024I have experienced a significant issue with smoke infiltrating through the ventilation system into my apartment, causing the entire living space to fill with smoke. February 12, 2024The dishwasher and sink keep leaking, maintenance is super slow at responding and no one is taking any of the issues associated with this building seriously. The laundry washer keeps breaking and overflowing, and they charge alot to do laundry when it barely washes your clothes. Oh yeah and there's roaches, I hope they know I'm not paying for those roommates because they're not wanted. It's absolutely disgusting.Review from Apartments.com

November 30, 2017Central Park West staff go out of their way to be accommodating from the office staff to the maintenance guys. I was only planning on living in an apartment for a few months, however, living here and being very comfortable with where I’m at I’ve been here for almost 2 years now.
