September 10, 2024don’t walk… RUN AWAY from this place. Where do I start? The mold? The car break ins? The roaches? The horrible management/ communication? The negligent maintenance? The getting charged a whole months rent AFTER my lease ended? This place is complete TRASH. All they care about is taking your money. They couldn’t care less about the safety of residents. Any and every problem brought to their attention, they disregarded. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want constant bugs, mold, to waste your money, or ...to hurt your mental health. TERRIBLE
May 14, 2023Maintenance doesn’t work on sundays or ever my ceiling is leaking it’s a saturday night. The leasing office is evicting people to move in new tenants. THEY RAISED THE RENT WITH NOOOOO WARNING. It’s not worth the price at all. i’ve been here for a year and i will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

April 1, 2023Do not, I say again do not waste your money living here. There’s no security so your car will be stolen and broken into. You will never be warned when someone has been shot. Supposedly there’s security but you’ll never see anyone walking or driving around. There are fake cameras so don’t expect any footage. DON’T MOVE

I have had a broken toilet, drains clogged, roaches, my door does not lock and maintenance will not come! This is the worst experience and this place needs to be condemned! July 5, 2022I’ve had issues nonstop since new management has been here at Auden. Let’s just say don’t believe everything someone tell you. The trash is always over flowing I’ve seen possums in the trash before as well. There’s constant roaches and bugs everywhere no matter how many times pest control comes. Spiders / spider webs are all in the hall way as well as flying beetle’s. I have roaches in my light fixtures which creeped me out. It sometimes smells like sewage through my air vents and even outside ...it can be worse. The gates always broken. People care constantly get broken in to and there’s literally nothing they’ll do about it . My boyfriend got towed and and he live here and they did nothing about it. I literally had to cuss them out in order to get maintenance to fix things that just kept falling apart. I can’t wait to move out this month . It’s so bad they barely got any lease renewals. And let me just say this if you’re looking for someone who is understanding from time to time Gladis the property manager will not . She does not care all she cares about is getting people in and signing leases.Property Manager Responded
