Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Only a few things I am disliking. Pool has an incredible amount of black algae in it that has seemed to go untreated for a very long time. While not harmful to people it is something that bothers me as a pool professional. Some minor things on moving in that could've been taken care of before I moved in such as; dishwasher not closing fully or latching making it fully unusable and there is water damage on the floor which should've been repaired but ...
was deemed okay. Other than this the appartments are nice and spacious and the community is very friendly.

7 guys living in one apartment above me parting all night! If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood this is not the place to live! Sad part is the the apartments are awesome,maintenance guys are great and the amenities are awesome here! Sad that they can’t do ANYTHING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE!!
