Nicely laid out apt complex, convenient to location and accessibility. Pet friendly! Outstanding mgmt team and maintenance crew, inc groundskeeper. New valet living trash collection service has been initiated. Nice service which increases the rent but seems worthy. Well done!

Poor Customer Service

The apartments themselves are great; however, you will have to deal with the worst staff imaginable. The leasing office is always closed, and the staff is incredibly rude. Also, be prepared to pay A LOT of money when you move out. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Not to mention the property is always trashed. Garbage everywhere and nothing is ever cleaned. They claim to walk the property every day, but I find that hard to believe. Please find somewhere else to live, for your own ...
