An okay building ruined by terrible management
March 26, 2026The building is not old, and the apartments reasonable in size and fixtures. Being on the park is nice if you have an apartment with that vurw, but otherwise Morris Avenue is an extremely busy street. Lots of street noise and traffic. Very little nearby for food, shopping, etc. Air conditioning/heat units are terrible, something you would see in a motel. Extremely loud. Building was sold about a year ago and new management is awful. Completely invisible, rarely on site unless trying to rent a ...unit. Fees are charged to pay rent online. There are package lockers in the lobby that are rarely used to deliveries stack up all over the entrance. Lobby is frequently dirty and in disarray. Limited covered parking for an additional fee. Most of the parking lot is otherwise on a slant. There is a small gym and common area on the first floor. There is a rooftop deck. Luxury living close to everything
July 15, 2022I’m sitting outside on the rooftop patio enjoying the breeze as I write this review. Everything is top of the line in and out of the apartments. I went from 3000 square feet of living to less then 1000 but it doesn’t feel cramped or small. The ceilings are high and there is lots of sun coming through the many windows in each room. I looked at many apartments before choosing Centurion and I’m glad I chose them.Review from Apartments.com
