Century Dunes
November 2, 2025Century dunes is a gorgeous property at first sight. Office staff and maintenance are on top of things. Office hours are a bit weird sometimes though. Super friendly staff!! The units are amazing and the facilities are also fantastic. Downsides I’ve noticed are that the walls are super thing (like being able to hear someone’s phone ringing through the wall and being able to hear conversations outside as people walk by your apartment). The parking is also super limited and I’ve noticed that there ...doesn’t seem to be enough parking spots for the amount of units the property has unless you want to walk a decent distance to your apartment. Getting home late at night makes for some long walks after getting off shifts.Property Manager Responded
