Century Dunes
November 2, 2025Century dunes is a gorgeous property at first sight. Office staff and maintenance are on top of things. Office hours are a bit weird sometimes though. Super friendly staff!! The units are amazing and the facilities are also fantastic. Downsides I’ve noticed are that the walls are super thing (like being able to hear someone’s phone ringing through the wall and being able to hear conversations outside as people walk by your apartment). The parking is also super limited and I’ve noticed that there ...doesn’t seem to be enough parking spots for the amount of units the property has unless you want to walk a decent distance to your apartment. Getting home late at night makes for some long walks after getting off shifts.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2025I love how spacious the aparment is and all the storage space built into it. The patio offers beautiful views and is mosquito proof. And our favorite amenities are the huge pool and gym!Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025I really like Centry Dunes. Staff is nice. The apartments are beautiful. I highly recommend. Rent is also very fairly priced and the amenities are up kept very nicely.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2025Overall has been a great experience. Upstairs neighbors loud, not enough installation. Amenities are nice. Parking sucks at night. Maintenance staff are really nice and will come quickly for an emergency.Property Manager Responded

July 25, 2025Move in was a great experience!! Bryanna was very helpful and informative!! She met every need.
