Century dunes is a gorgeous property at first sight. Office staff and maintenance are on top of things. Office hours are a bit weird sometimes though. Super friendly staff!! The units are amazing and the facilities are also fantastic.
Downsides I’ve noticed are that the walls are super thing (like being able to hear someone’s phone ringing through the wall and being able to hear conversations outside as people walk by your apartment). The parking is also super limited and I’ve noticed that there ...
doesn’t seem to be enough parking spots for the amount of units the property has unless you want to walk a decent distance to your apartment. Getting home late at night makes for some long walks after getting off shifts.

I love how spacious the aparment is and all the storage space built into it. The patio offers beautiful views and is mosquito proof. And our favorite amenities are the huge pool and gym!

Been here one day. People are friendly and the property is beautiful. Apartments are spacious and have a lot of amenities. Having a screened in patio is a plus as well!

Everything is nice to be an apartment. Staff is very nice and offers a lot. Valet trash is convenient and not that noisy of an area. So far everything is nice.

Great experience, very quick to respond when moving in. They have great amenities!! Would highly recommend giving them a try, if you’re not hearing back from other houses or complexes.

Overall has been a great experience. Upstairs neighbors loud, not enough installation. Amenities are nice. Parking sucks at night. Maintenance staff are really nice and will come quickly for an emergency.
