Be prepared to use the laundromat
March 28, 2026Been a resident for the past 5 months and the laundry services are so poorly maintained. Machines are broken constantly and just recently increased in price-per-load despite being barely functional at any given time. There is a laundromat across the street that is far better maintained with lower prices per load, if you move here I highly recommend going for this option to avoid giving the laundry company here any money, or seek out another complex with in-unit laundry.Review from Apartments.com

January 17, 2024This is a current resident at Century Oaks Apartments, and I've been a resident since 2012. Over my stay here at Century Oaks, I have seen management come and go. This current management (Ashlie And Alyssa)that we have at this time is far than excellence. They are initiating changes, and making the necessary repairs to improve the quality of this community. Again, I want to give a great thanks to Ashlie and Alyssa. They strive and succeed beyond the expectations of their job.
