Be prepared to use the laundromat

Been a resident for the past 5 months and the laundry services are so poorly maintained. Machines are broken constantly and just recently increased in price-per-load despite being barely functional at any given time. There is a laundromat across the street that is far better maintained with lower prices per load, if you move here I highly recommend going for this option to avoid giving the laundry company here any money, or seek out another complex with in-unit laundry.

This current management (Ashlie And Alyssa)that we have at this time is far than excellence. They are initiating changes, and making the necessary repairs to improve the quality of this community.
