April 4, 2025Apartment home was poorly turned. Very small details missed like cleanliness, paint spills, construction errors, etc. These things are not at blame of staff. However, staff is well just okay. Jamie was amazing! The community director only comes out to say nothing is what im noticing. Very stand off ish, not friendly, not hospitable, not concerned about me having 4 things serviced in my home on day 1. No concern for my parking sticker being ripped and then telling me I need to wait to be approved? ...This MI was an experience to say the least. Staff is only as good as their weakest team member.
