Just moved in and we love it, the home is beautiful and spacious enough for our family. The community is peaceful and quiet, having a little playground for our 4 year old is a plus! We absolutely love it.

Great spacious homes up to date appliances nice size back yard space I just wish garbage day was more than one day a week and wish they had a pool

So peaceful in this neighborhood. We love the dog park and trail around the pond. The staff is very helpful. The move in process was fast and easy.

Everyone is super nice and the home is beautiful. Very cozy and having our own fenced in yard is awesome. Very quiet in the community and the pond with the walking trail is sweet!

I have lived at Chamberlain Pines for five months, and I love it! The neighborhood is smaller, so it’s quiet, and the location has a country feel without being too far from stores and restaurants. The townhomes are beautiful and spacious. The office staff has been very nice and helpful every time I’ve had a question, and maintenance is performed quickly.
