Okay place to live but don't expect to be treated fairly on the way out.
January 8, 2019Living at Chamberland Square was fine in general. Maintenance was quick and helpful. Rent was high for what it is. A few neighbors were a bit of an issue. But in general it was okay. However, my interactions with management upon move out has been a completely different story.Property Manager Responded

Awful apartments
February 6, 2018I have lived here for 5 months now. There has been roaches in our unit for the entirety of the lease, our dryer has not worked for 3 months, and they gave us a less than 24 hour notice informing us that rent payment methods have changed. Therefor we received a $50 penalty and discovered there's a new $30 fee for using a credit card to pay rent with. The walls are paper thin and all of our fans are unbalanced. We payed for the upgraded unit, yet the dryer clearly not updated at all. I wouldn't ...recommend this place to someone I hate.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 15, 2017My second Home in fayetteville. Great apartment for 2 beds and 2 baths, which is enough for 2 people. Good conditions and nice offices. The surroundings is nice and clean. 10 mins directly to school. I choose the second floor for carpet, before i move in, they changed the new carpet for us. appropriate price for students living. Green leaf townhouses
July 21, 2015Most people will say you get what you pay for but with Green leaf townhouses you get that and a little bit more. Very cheap for a spacious 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome. It doesn't come with any utilities however. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy at times but you'll have plenty of friendly neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
