Shannon is the best of the best. When I moved in I was pregnant. A single mother and she made it as easy and less stressful as possible. She’s so understanding and willing to work with you. While I was pregnant and to even now, I was the complex with my baby and go to the park with no problems what so ever. I wouldn’t want to live any where else!

Just what this city needed!

With rental prices being outrageous and a lot of the affordable housing being torn down, this apartment community was my saving grace! I can't imagine what they staff is going through with so many low income people trying to apply. I know it can be very stressful. The staff was very informative and walked me through the process of everything I needed during my appointment. You have to make an appointment, or they may not have time to sit down with you and talk as a walk in. It's a brand new ...
