You get exactly what you pay for at my complex. The staff has switch since my first year here and they went from bad to worse. I am currently in search of another apartment but can't get anyone to sublease because they know how bad this complex is. I wish someone would've given me the memo :(

This is apartment that i currently reside in....is perfect, my location is awesome because it is close to my job, its walking distance to restaurant's that I enjoy I'm currently in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment....I have a awesome walk in closet that I have never had before my room is alot bigger than my last place I have all the amenities that I could ask for....its perfect for me and very covenivent as well. I would definitely recommend others to move here.

They said my move in date was August 15th at 12, I arrived the 15th at 2. I had signed a lease for a furnished apartment and by 2 they were still moving furniture into my apartment. the couch in there was gross, had old food stuck to it. They came and cleaned it two days later. I've yet to receive a mail key, they told me they weren't ready but the mailman comes daily and it has to go somewhere. The entire apartment has a musty smell, like a basement, the carpet in the bedrooms is gross and I ...

believe its the source of the smell. The apartment overall wasn't cleaned, there was spaghetti stuck to the sink. I wonder if I had moved in later if they would have cleaned anything. At night the apartment complex is badly lit and creepy. If i forget to leave the light on for myself I'm in near total darkness. But, on the bright side, the pool is clean, there is a cop car constantly parked in front of the leasing office, the maintenance requests I put in were all resolved except one that I have confidence will get done. The walls were all freshly painted and the cabinets seem brand new. It's close to FSU campus, right on a bus route, parking doesn't seem to be an issue. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. It seems to be an okay place to live if you're looking for a place to lay your head and keep your stuff. Very minimal.
