December 25, 2025I had a health issue and informed them I’d be late on rent this month. I’ve lived here nearly four years, and management has changed three times, but now they’ve blocked me from making a payment and aren’t answering my calls or emails. I was told eviction has started, yet I still haven’t received the required notice to pay or move under Tennessee law. Landlords must give tenants written notice before starting eviction, stating the reason and the time frame to vacate, and for nonpayment of rent or ...lease violations, the notice period is 14 days. I’ll be sending a certified letter Friday to their office, which is only open two days a week from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and all other times by appointment.Property Manager Responded
