September 29, 2020This place is over run with homeless. Loud music and cars all hours of the night. Complete clueless from the management team. Sketchy maintenance people. Gate is broken all the time. Drug deals in the parking lot all the time.Property Manager Responded

Looking Good
February 7, 2020I moved up from the Bay Area about 5 months ago and found a great bargain in Sacramento. The owners have been improving this complex nonstop since I’ve been here. The new clubhouse will be finished in days. New lights installed and a new electric gate that works with a key fob. They have night security patrols and emergency maintenance available. Best of all the ladies in the new rental office are first rate. In my opinion one should give it a look see. Happy CamperProperty Manager Responded

January 19, 2020This please is a joke. Thin walls, inconsiderate neighbors, entrance gate hasn't worked since I've lived here, homeless people who live in your dunpsters, no gym, lights outside don't work, and inept Management that refuses to do anything about it.Property Manager Responded
