They care about you and your family here. Safe, clean, and well maintained all year round. Kirstie is the manager. She is kind n caring. Mantainance staff quick n friendly. Just a wonderful place for families. Been here for 7 years. But I wish the pool was bigger lol.

The rooms are big, there is plenty of space. We have great neighbors and a great apartment manager. Christie responds extremely fast when there is an issue and we feel that we are very well taken care of. This is a great place to live. We have neighbors that have been here at this complex for 5, 7 and 11 years! That says a lot about the integrity of the owners and manager!

The apartment is clean and spacious and the staff is prompt at fixing anything that might break or need replacing. We looked at a lot of places in the area and this one was by far the best, especially for the price. Amenities include W/D hook ups, on site laundry mat, swimming pool and walk out porches/patios. I would definitely recommend and have recommended that people check it out.

This apartment community is absolutely amazing. If there are any maintenance issues, they are handled very quickly. The grounds are kept up, landscaping is done, it is very quiet and serene, and so close to everything you'll need, but feels like it's nestled away. The inside of the apartments are spacious, very elegant, updated appliances, and virtually sound proof. The management team is absolutely wonderful as is the maintenance. It's a wonderful place to call home!

I'd like to start by saying how beautiful and well kept the apartments are, I lived in a apartment before and this place is a total upgrade,from the people and empolyees and the apartment mangers, I just love how they want you to live here and ask is there anything they can do everytime I come to pay rent, And want to work with you in a flexible payment arrangements if you get behind. I would not want to live anywhere else in The Floyd county area. Meyers grocery store,movie theater, gyms, pools, ...

restaurants and many more opportunities to get out of the house. I give this place a 5 out of 5.
