August 22, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comCharlmont is a nice quiet complex with security cameras by front entrance and some in the back of the complex. I currently rent a 3 bedroom townhome it comes with an attached two car garage and its own private patio. Some of the pros are it has a new A/C unit and new water boiler the master bedroom is very spacious. Some of the cons are the small and out dated kitchen and the living room is also very tiny.Property Manager Responded
