during the tours. The lady is a total harpy. If anything goes wrong, be ready to get blamed. Then when you explain and it is undoubtedly not your fault, she will tell you she's doing you a favor for calling it even. Every single time.
The apartment complex is disgusting. I had tons of roaches for the first few months I lived there, even after they sprayed multiple times. Finally I moved the fridge and oven, and found the problem. Looked like it had never been cleaned before.
The second level has wooden floors, so you can hear a pin drop if you are below them. God forbid they have a dog, because you will be able to hear every step it takes. The parking lot and courtyard flood every time it rains. The laundry facility is never cleaned or taken care of. There was a smashed open vending machine the entire time I was there. The dryers do not even dry small loads completely. Just go to a laundromat.
When you move out, don't even bother cleaning or picking up the apartment. They will take the entire security deposit regardless. When I moved in, it looked like they spent 10 minutes cleaning, and had a blind man paint. And I bet anything they took the previous tenet's security deposit before me.
So do yourself a favor, and look anywhere else.
