God forbid they have a dog, because you will be able to hear every step it takes. The parking lot and courtyard flood every time it rains. The laundry facility is never cleaned or taken care of. There was a smashed open vending machine the entire time I was there. The dryers do not even dry small loads completely. Just go to a laundromat. When you move out, don't even bother cleaning or picking up the apartment. They will take the entire security deposit regardless. When I moved in, it looked like they spent 10 minutes cleaning, and had a blind man paint. And I bet anything they took the previous tenet's security deposit before me. So do yourself a favor, and look anywhere else.
