Great Location

I originally moved here to be close to work. Short commutes make life a little more stress free. Well, unfortunately my work moved so I am moving too. This apartment is close to the lake, a store/market (directly across the street) and many other great spots. The location really couldn't be much better if you want to get around the city of Milwaukee on foot or bike. It's less than mile from a few different parks and a bike trail. The apartment itself is good for the price and location. Its a small studio, but isn't bad at all if you're by yourself. It's plenty of space for one person. Two people would be a bit crammed, but you could make it work (there are four spacious closets). There isn't any air-conditioning, so make sure you bring a fan. The walls are old and so is the floor, which is stained and scratched a little. The heat is paid for with rent, so you will be warm all winter. This apartment is also in the basement of the building, so it's away from everyone else and close to the laundry room. The apartment also has a gas stove, refrigerator, and dish washer.
One thing you will want to get sorted out is parking on the street if you bring a car. The street parking can be a real pain, since there isn't parking for the building. You will need a pass from the city and night permission parking. Get this figured out as soon as you can and you will be good to go!
