Rude/Unfriendly Manager
June 13, 2025I was invited to use the pool at Chateau Apartments in Bellevue, NE, by some friends and brought my dog and children with me. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the posted no-pets policy, and the building manager approached me in a loud and unprofessional manner, expressing dissatisfaction in front of other guests. I responded by respectfully removing my dog and asking the manager to address the situation more appropriately. When she inquired about my residence, I provided a false address to avoid ...involving my friends. Subsequently, she advised me to gather my belongings and leave the premises. After some discussion, she mentioned the possibility of pursuing a trespassing charge, which I responded to with firm disregard and ended the conversation amicably. I feel it is important to share that the manager's conduct was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. My kids were extremely sad and crying because they could play with there friends anymore.
