Bellevue Overview

The city is a modern, beautiful community with much to offer to those who wish to call it home. For those who are living in the area, commuting to downtown Omaha takes about 20 to 25 minutes from most areas of Bellevue.
Why live in Bellevue, NE?
If you have to work or go to school in Omaha, living in Bellevue makes sense. It offers larger homes and apartments at competitively lower rates than what may be paid in Downtown Omaha. There are a wide range of benefits to calling this community home outside of just being close to the city. It has a dense but suburban feel, with numerous smaller neighborhood parks and walking paths throughout the area. The city has a strong public school system with sports programs for most age groups. The city is also noted for being a small town, even though it offers just about all of the amenities that are found in the big city. It is also within a short distance of the local military base, which makes it a good option for those who want to stay close to loved ones on the base.
