i dont live there but i am impressed with how nice this place looks. its far away from any high crime area. my friends who lives there loves the place. the schools in this area are awesome. i get a good impression from this place.

TERRIBLE PARKING FOR STARTERS. RUDE RENTERS, CRIME IS BAD, AND THE MANAGEMENT THINKS THEY RULE THE WORLD. SAD TO SAY THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY AVAILABLE PLACES TO RENT IN HOUMA. MAYBE THAT ACTUALLY MEANS SOMETHING LIKE NO ONE WANTS TO LIVE THERE.
