These apartments are quite charming on the exterior…sadly that does not extend below the surface. They are not well-insulated, windowpanes semi-regularly fall out of unit windows, and the cost of heating and cooling the place is quite expensive (expect $300+ bills in the winter unless you keep it at 60 at all times). While the management is responsive, every solution is a band-aid slapped on much larger problem. Our bathroom door wouldn’t even fully shut when we first moved in, and that was when ...
the apartment was presumably “move in ready”. Sad to see a beautiful place like this become run-down.
