My husband and I found this place online while we were overseas. I couldn't find any reviews, so we took a leap of faith.
Manager, maintenance and owner are all very kind and helpful.
Apartments are old, but being remodeled and very, very spacious. Unless Reds are playing and you hear the fireworks (that I can partially see from my balcony), one wouldn't believe these apartments are so close to the city, 10-15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. It's the first place I lived that we didn't need to ...
call maintenance for absolutely nothing for a year! Nice neighborhood, large apartment... We even have a deer family that is always around. Great quality for the very affordable prices.
Unfortunately, we will have to move out this summer because of job relocation, but I can only hope that we find a nice place like this.
