Amazing Property Manager
February 21, 2024I lived at Chateau Toluca for a solid 10 years and moved only because I found a place with a back yard. I was sad to leave - especially since the rent increases there are minimal which seems to be a rare find these days. However, it was only after I moved that I realized the real value and star factor of Chateau Toluca is the property manager, Tatiana. Believe me when I say she is top tier. Stolen packages? Leaky faucet? Sketchy repairman? Not on Tatiana’s watch. In fact, never had to worry ...about things like that and always knew it would be taken care of promptly and professionally. This is in addition to the comfort of knowing that Tatiana is the type of person to take care of business and keep not only my unit but the entire building on tip top shape both aesthetically and with respect to safety. Tatiana’s management skills and efficiency made my life so much easier which is not always the case (as my new landlord has demonstrated on a daily basis). January 31, 2024I’ve lived at Chateau Toluca for 3+ years now, and it’s been great. The place is always clean, and I really like how well everything is looked after. It’s a friendly community, the neighborhood is great and the building is relatively quiet and that’s so appreciated after living on Hollywood Blvd prior to moving here.
