Horrible apartment conditions
August 6, 2022From the outside the place looks fairly decent to live. In the inside of the apartments that’s another story. Upon signing the lease and getting the keys the landlord mentioned he sprayed for roaches and that there should be no problems with that. Instead of moving in right away we spent over $400 dollars in fumigation of an infestation of roaches, hole repairs, mold and apartment clean up that was turned into us dirty. We had to leave the first night we slept there because roaches were crawling ...on us. Landlord refuse to take care of the situation or give us our money back.
