I lived here for 6 years before retiring. The courtyard’s atmosphere at night is enchanting. All the people staying are kind. The management is top notch as well. Great place!

This is a fantastic place to live! Apartments are large with vintage character details in the trim and architecture. The cafe lit common area courtyard creates a tranquil atmosphere all night. The area is safe and within walk-in distance to key areas downtown; like Main Street, bus station, and the river market.
The management is quick to respond to all requests as well!
